Hatters Health Network – Website Redesign & Accessibility Upgrade
We redesigned the Hatters Health Network website to make essential healthcare information easier to find and more accessible for local communities. Working closely with staff and patients, we simplified the layout, improved navigation, strengthened mobile usability and introduced multilingual translation and accessibility tools. We also added a basic automated chat function and feedback options to reduce staff workload. The result is a clearer, more inclusive platform that supports patients and carers to access primary care confidently.

Testimonial:
It has been a pleasure working with Maya and her Team at Mary Seacole to build and develop our website. They listened to our wish list and worked with us to ensure we are as accessible as possible for our communities. They provide really useful access analysis, training and support.
Any required amendments are made in a timely way but the most important thing for us as a small organisation is that we can, with no real IT expertise, add and amend information as we need to. Our team are really proud of the website!
