Homeless Options & Eligibility Auto-Response Application

We developed a digital tool to help people understand their homelessness options and eligibility before approaching the council. The application guides users through short, trauma-aware questions and provides clear personalised guidance. Co-designed with housing officers, outreach workers and people with lived experience, it reduces repeated enquiries and improves the quality of first contact.
